Taggarts given what they want by City

The City of Ottawa, which still has not responded to CJRO News requests, has told CBC that the stop work order on the forested property in Carlsbad Springs, has been lifted, giving Taggarts the go ahead to resume total deforestation. Taggarts claim it is for a farming operation. This, along with Taggarts' apology letter, has not explained why work was done in the middle of the night, why staff interfered with a local organization, or when the "farming" decision was made. Does this then mean the land to be farmed cannot be developed? Or will an exemption be found?
