CJRO News - Updates for this week

On Tuesday, May 12th, Councillor Isabelle Skalski's Open Door session will take place at the Carlsbad Springs Community Centre (6020 Piperville Road) from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This session follows the recent Tewin public consultation that took place on April 28th and is intended to give residents in the area an opportunity to continue the conversation. Whether you attended the open house or read the information from home, you are welcome to stop by, share your thoughts, and connect. On Thursday, May 14th, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. there will be a virtual information session about the Russell - Leitrim intersection. Residents are invited to provide input on improvements to the Russell Road and Leitrim Road intersection. This next phase of the project is focused on enhancing safety at this high-risk intersection. Everyone interested can find the link for the meeting on Ward 20 Councillor Skalski’s website, or in her weekly newsletter which is also available on her Facebook page. Residents can also share their views and comments by emailing the Ward 20 Office at ward20@ottawa.ca .
