Orleans Ward Councillor Catherine Kitts announced that the “worsening depression on Navan Road” was repaired by the developer, Ashcroft. The situation is part of the extended road work Ashcroft must undergo after agreeing to a legal settlement with the City of Ottawa in July. Kitts noted that Ashcroft has not signed the front-end agreement with the City. Here is Kitts. CJRO asked Ashcroft to comment but has not received a response.
