An Ottawa Police / OPP operation is on currently (Saturday Nov 1) in front of the Hell's Angel bunker on Piperville Road in Carlsbad Springs. Reports indicate that they will be a Halloween event gathering at this location attracting numerous gang members from the group in question.
Similar police operations occur on a regular basis as they gather intelligence and information on the organization with this type of events.


According to a 2018 report from the Ottawa Citizen an elite chapter of the Hells Angels returned to the capital region, the Ontario Provincial Police had confirm at that time.
The Nomads resumed operations in the same clubhouse on Piperville Road that they abandoned in 2016 in an abrupt disbanding of the Ottawa chapter.
The OPP could not say why the bikers have returned, but said they continue to monitor the outlaw motorcycle gang.
